Capra with Honey

Creamy and rich, as a goat cheese should be, Capra Goat is aged for but a few weeks, so it is firm enough to slice but creamy enough to spread. The addition of a drop of sweet Belgian "liquid gold" gives you a hint of pleasing sweetness. Serve as a dessert with pecans and strawberries.
