Boar's Head Swiss Cheese from Switzerland
Sir Kensington's Special Sauce

Niman Ranch Corned beef is raised without hormones or antibiotics and does not contain nitrates or nitrites. Assembly is required, but worth the effort. Spread the Special Sauce on one side of the bread, pile on the corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut and grill if desired. Serves 4
