Organic Tunisian Sweet Pepper Harissa is closely related to Harissa, but rather than heavily crushing dried peppers this Sweet Pepper Harissa, also known as Piment H'rouss, lightly crushes fresh peppers for a more refreshing condiment typically consumed in the summer months. We recommend using it year round to finish out a bowl of couscous or serve alongside meats and vegetables. It makes a great addition to an antipasto platter.
