Maison Pebeyre is the oldest family-run truffle house, established in 1897, in Southwestern France. Over the past four generations, they have earned an international reputation for exceptional truffles. This Black and White Truffle Oil Duo covers all the bases. The Black Truffle Oil is a "finishing oil" and is rarely used for cooking as it has a stronger taste. It is great over pasta, risotto, mashed potatoes, or for making vinaigrettes. The White Truffle Oil is also a finishing sauce not recommended for cooking. It is lighter than the black truffle oil and adds a more delicate flavor on eggs, pasta, and cheese after the cooking is complete. It is fabulous drizzled on vegetables, tomatoes, pizza, or pasta.
