O-MED Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from 100% Arbequina olives grown in Ácula, Granda, Andalucía, Spain. This oil has a golden, green, clear and bright color with notes of apple, green bananas and green almond. It has a persistent pungency, is barely bitter and pairs well with fish, salad dressings and even on ice cream.
