Regalis Black Truffle Carpaccio is a result of selecting the largest and most fragrant Italian summer truffles from Abruzzo, Italy. They are then sliced and preserved in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We suggest using these slices of heaven on meats, pastas, risotto, or mac and cheese. Regalis Foods was founded in 2012 by Ian Purkayastha who started selling truffles at the age of 15 on his bicycle. His enterprise grew into Regalis Foods based in New York. He sources truffles from Italy, France, Spain, and Oregon, and his passion for truffles is seen in every product he procures.
