This Little Goat Went to Korea Sauce

We are excited to share this fun line of spices and sauces from Stephanie Izard of Girl and the Goat in Chicago. After many requests for her sauce recipes, she decided to bottle them and share with all of us. As the name implies, this sauce is inspired by the tastes of Korea: spicy chilies and soybean paste with garlic and brown sugar. We suggest warming this sauce with melted butter for an Asian-style wing sauce, whip into cream cheese for a spicy dip, or whisk with lemon juice and olive oil for a zesty salad dressing. With sauces like this, you can create restaurant quality dishes at home.
