m'hamsa couscous

m'hamsa couscous

m'Hamsa hand-rolled couscous is made from crushed durum wheat in the traditional Berber method by mixing olive oil, water, and salt, which is then pushed through screens to create small grains, then these are left in the sun to dry. It has a toasty, nutty flavor. This family farm in Tunisia takes great pride in their traditions, and their growing and production process respects the natural and biological balances.

Enjoy with vegetables, meat dishes as a side dish, or main course.
